I just bought and installed the Gadgetshieldz and installation was a breeze. As of now, everything looks really good except for the cutout for the HTC logo in the back. I couldn't find the skin for the XE so got the normal one and the cutout is smaller than the logo. Other than that, the cutout is excellent. Even the various holes on the back line up properly.

Btw, I had first ordered from the OP's suggested eBay guy, but he refunded my payment saying some issues with his present stock.

I only got links to the german eBay-market. There are tons of display-protectors and it's hard and expensive to figure out which one is the best

Quick question....Is a screen protector actually need, since the phone has a Gorilla glass screen?? Isn't Gorilla glass resistant to scratches and drops already?

No. you don't need screen protector at all. just don't care keys or any other metal objects in same pocket with phone. try not to drop it on the street and it will be fine for years without any single scratch. proven.

Or just simply buy a screen protector and all your worries will be gone :]

On the other hand, if you just buy a Meteor Pouch from Amazon then I don't think there is any need for a screen protector since its insides are made out of pure silk.

I just wanted to chime in on this. I tried the tmobile screen protectors and they lasted alright. Then I purchased the ones posted by the op thought what the heck they were very cheap! But I have to say they wore out really quickly! They smudged extra easily! The glare was worse than the T-Mobile one. They scratched very easily and ended up looking awful in a week! I then bought the bodygaurdz wet apply screen protectors and have to say they are the best I have used on this phone. Best anti smudge/glare, much more scratch resistant, almost no glare or even reduced glare over no screen protector, easy to apply can try and try again, and again.... To get it just right
They come with 2 in a pack and were about 12 dollars on eBay. They also come with lifetime replacements. I just wanted to chime in because I had enough headaches trying to keep this beautiful screen looking beautiful while protecting it. And this was my best experience. To each their own

As far as I know, no. I think they are of the same screen size.
