Can I ask you what GB rom are you using?
And what about battery life?
I've try Cm7 but it consumes the battery in a few houres so I came back to stock Eclair but I miss CM7

Like everybody else...the path to custom ROMing on our Milestone is via the G.O.T Update method which u can learn all about it at this guide

Once u have successfully applied the G.O.T Update method, u are free to flash any custom ROM
