the file is hosted on xda. instead of clicking where it says show QR code click the file name & it should initialize a download
also, just tried the QR code with Google Goggles & it downloads automatically.

Didn't even realize there was an option to scan a QR code. Thanks for pointing it out. Makes it easier to get attachments on my phone from my PC.
