Question Manually replace apps in NAND ROM?

Is it possible to manually replace some apps in a NAND ROM (in my case would be pongster's Hyperdroid from 31 May) before flashing the ROM, without affecting the normal function and stability of the phone? For example, I would like to replace the current internet browser app with Opera mini, etc.

yes u can do it ...u can add the apps u want to system/app ...so u dont need to download them ...but be careful to not replace any app system that might be specific to hyperdroid ...i tried to replace systemui and framework but the phone stuck on bootanimation
