Nice but they are very laggy and slow down the homescreens...

Pixel rain is the best one I have tried yet, its just as smooth as a normal wallpaper.
Yes they do,i thought at first it was because i had'nt activated my overclock kernel yet,but when overclocked, the system still bogs down a little until i changed to a different live wallpaper, but they look great.

Should not be to difficult to re-size for smaller screen. Might reduce the lag.
Maybe split the size in half to see how that works.
Or reduce the number of .pngs for each transition i.e. 100 to 50 and 52 to 25 (if needed)

This is for aurora.

Decompile
re-size about 163 .pngs with a script in Photoshop
-4 aurora.pngs @ 512x256
-4 bg.png @ 1920x1408
-100 shine.png @ 128x64
-1 shining star.png @ 64x64
-52 shooting star.png @ 256x128
-1 top.png @ 128x64
-1 tree.png @ 1920x314
re-size1 background.jpg @ 204x192
Edit 2 .xml files if needed
compile
zip
sign

Running on Galaxy S 2.3.3

thanks a lot for sharing. Been few weeks in trouble after upgrading the Galaxy S of my girl and her bubbles have been gone. Samsung could not help out since the original is not running under 2.3 any more.

Only saw that the touch on is not working perfect and bubble are not round. Maybe someone an idea?

Cheers

Thanks for this. I want to use LWs but most of them are too laggy. The stock Asus water (and derivatives) and Pixel Rain are the most usable I have seen so far. Any more suggestions?

Tried the two Sammy LWs and will concur that both slow down the launcher even with an 1.5 OC.

I reduced the image sizes by 50% and it reduces the drag pretty well on G2x. Going to try reducing originals by 75% and see how that works.

What 2 xml files are you talking about?

Edit: 75% looks like a$$

Im going to try and see if the wallpapers work on my nook. I have the Asus water working perfectly on it. The galaxy S II wallpapers dont work on it though.

I just downloaded pixel rain and it works on my HD2. Love it already.

Not sure if blue sea and aurora will work, but ill keep you updated, thanks for posting!!

Pulled these from the Tab 10.1 rom. I've seen these wallpapers before on Galaxy S phones, so they must be Samsung's Touchwiz UX counterparts. :)

I've signed them, so they should be able to be installed normally.

Can someone please convert it to 50% and share the apk ?

As requested, I resized the images by 50%.
