Lightbulb Verizon 4G LTE Galaxy Tab 10.1 - ROOT
Follow the instructions at the top of this thread however use the latest CM recovery posted here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1171089
When pushing the recovery via Odin 3. This provided the CM which allowed me to install the root exploit provided above.
Thanks to XDA for all they do!

hi every, please forgive my rampant absence of presence but life and medical school got the best of me. And unfortunately I am switching tablets to the asus transformer prime so my focus on this device will be minimal if present at all.

Anyone here willing to take over this thread (though I can imagine a few here already has much thanks to them) should please inform the sub forum moderator so editing privileges can be shifted to you.

Thanks and I hope you all had enjoyed the b tab as much as i did.

Quoting from BarryH_GEG on 31st October 2011, 05:16 PM in this thread "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1327257"...... "AT&T markets HSPA+ as "4G." Rogers does the same thing. So it's officially a 3G Tab capable of 21MB down on a HSPA+ network. Rogers and AT&T call that 4G the rest of the world calls it 3G or 3G+. I'm using a phone SIM in my 3G UK Tab on AT&T and get 8MB down in fake-4G (the only real 4G is LTE) cities"

I was so glad I used CWM to make a backup before I tried this 4G root method. I got a BLack boot screen and had to reflash CWM with ODIN so I could recover.

I have been planning on rooting my tab but now I did an update to 3.2 on my 3G device. Is the root procedure for 3G devices stated in post #1 still valid?

#edit: it is!
