There is a Go launcher theme named 'Romantic' but I don't know if that qualifies as girly theme.

Or you can take any theme and put Enrique Iglesias wallpaper.. lols that would be girly. :P

LOL I dont like Enrique..but can do that for Brad Pitt.

How about a bright pink theme with hello kitty watermark?

Pink is much suitable color for this theme. A sexy girl shud be in background with great assets. I have seen there is a theme named EYECANDY which have a girl. Icon should be of great famine look.
