I'm not sure if it will because I know for a fact that the USB AC adapter that ships with the iPad 2 does not work with the Samsung USB cable for charging (well, it kinda does, but its that slow trickle charge). I figure that the means that both companies use to get the extra juice flowing over the USB cable are different somehow.
Current Devices:
AT&T HTC One XL (Dark Grey, 16GB, Android 4.0.3, Unrooted)
Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 (Metallic Grey, 32GB, Android 4.0.3, Rooted)

Previous Devices:
Apple iPhone 4S (White, 32GB, iOS 5.1.1, Backup Device)
Samsung Captivate (16GB, Android 4.0.1 ICS, Offline)
Apple iPad 2 (Black, 16GB, iOS 5.1.1, Offline)
RIM BlackBerry Torch (AT&T, Dead)
Palm Pre Plus (Offline)
RIM BlackBerry Bold 9000 (Given Away)
Apple iPhone 3G (Given Away)
RIM BlackBerry Curve 8310 (Red, Destroyed)

It is. You can get a charging adapter off of DealExtreme, or make one yourself (read the "make your own cables" thread in Accessories, and look at the Universal Charging schematic)

I have a cigarette lighter USB adapter that kicks out 1500 mAhs, and it's enough to charge the Tab 10.1. Since this thing has more than that on tap, it's a fairly safe bet that it will be able to charge it as well.
