Ext2Read (ext2explore.exe - run as administrator)

Ext2Fsd (read/write - install vista sp2 compatibility mode/run as administrator) I don't know how to use it really - shows my ext partition but I can't seem to access it.

I also use MacDrive to access my Hackintosh drives.

EDIT: man, just spent like 30 minutes searching for my new sdcard - took it out to try out ext2fsd and it shot out of the phone!

BTW: picked up an AmazonBasics 16gb class 10 sdcard ($22 Amazon 2 days delivered), just thought I'd try it out: sequential read 19.03 write 18.20 (MB/s)
much better than my SanDisk class 4: sequential read 8.58 write 5.09 (MB/s)
It was an impulse purchase, I still kind of wish I'd bought a SanDisk Ultra - it doesn't have a class rating but specs give it (up to) 30 MB/s

Any chance anyone fixed the issue of using a cassette adapter and being able to use the phone without unplugging?

Default MiRaGe 02102012

I have uploaded the 02102012 build of MiRaGe with the following changes after syncing with CM repo. These are mainly fixes that could help with the freeze problems reported, please report back if they help.

- Don't animate rotations when screen is off
- Unfreeze display even if screen is off.
- Improve scrolling cache (ported from ICS)

I have tested on my phone and did not see any problems.
Please thank/donate to Blarf, Bob, Jerry, tdm, LeslieAnn, thekraven, bigsupersquid, Whyzor, and the CM team. Enjoy!

If other file managers have not published their intents, then it would take some hacking, and tbh I don't have the time to support all file managers.
Ah that makes sense. Ok. :) No worries then. I can always save a backup in TB and just restore it whenever I need it.

About selecting boot animations, I tried changing it with one that I made (that I know works) but it keeps defaulting to the original boot animation. Do I need to name the files a certain way, or should it just work regardless?

Thanks!

You can name it anything.

The way it works is it makes a copy of the bootanimation you have choosen inside the apk's data structure. The bootanimation binary then looks there first to see if there is anything in the data structure, if not, it plays the default bootanimation, and if there is no default bootanimation, it attempts to play the android masked animation, and if that is not present, it just boots.
