Ok, it's not just me - thought perhaps something I installed/uninstalled might have fudged something up. Reverting to the old xda theme in the User CP brings it back but I don't like it as much.

Same here.

Can changing the density of the OV cause the invalid package file error?

I like the transparency, but is there a way to make the status bar transparent and show the wallpaper instead of turning white when the app opens?

No. The wallpaper isn't the background at that time, it only is when the desktop is showing.

Just realized that we don't have google movies on the market and never have. What's up with that?

It's because we all are rooted. They don't want people stealing movies or something.

My Optimus Slider is rooter and it still has the Movies section on the Market/Play Store. Either way I wouldn't rent or buy a movie from the market, I'm just gonna stick with Netflix.

That's weird. I remember reading about it back when they added it lol. Also, I agree I'd never buy a movie from the market.

I am on the latest backside. I seem to have run into a major problem. I needed my phone to not make noise so I put it on vibrate (starting from sound & vibrate) using the notification drop down. At the time I had silent, vibrate, sound, and sound & vibrate enabled as options. Later I switched back to sound & vibrate, but none of the notifications I received triggered sound or vibration. I switched back to vibrate and the phone then vibrated on notifications, but a quick switch to sound & vibrate rendered the phone mute again. Normally when this happens I just reboot real quick and all is well, but this time no amount of rebooting would do the trick. The problem only affected notifications. All other sounds were working just fine. In an effort to find the source of the problem I uninstalled all my apps and rebooted. The phone was still mute. I cleared cache and dalvik to no avail. I reflashed the rom, update style, and no effect. I grabbed a logcat at this point and had my bro send me a text. Then I did a full wipe and reflash, no gapps, no extra apps. The sound was finally back. I grabbed a logcat of a text on the first boot and then decided to get another logcat after a reboot. This logcat was quite different from the first. Anyway here's the links to the logcats if someone, say Jerry, wanted to look at it and help me out.

Thanks to anyone who helps!
