Default Dropbox available for android

I found out that dropbox was available for android
why did i not know this

The android app has a very simple interface but still has the functions of pc version and it only downloads your files to your phone when you want them (as data is a expensive resource on some of our mobile tarrifs) I find it really handy for keeping all my work stuff available even when im out the country... And now i can do it on my phone too

If you don't have a dropbox account and are going to sign up (its free) you can use this link for an extra 250meg of storage for us both

and if you dont know what dropbox is, its basically a cloud storage service but its very easy to use.

I also found it a hand way to move files between my phone and home pc without having to use a usb cable.

Does anyone know of any other cool apps for moving files around?

Default Sugarsync is a larger alternative

Sugarsync is 5gb and you get additional space for every referral.

Here is mine referral link

wow nice way to get your referral link out there. I mean dropbox isn't listed in that thread that says "Useful apps" or anything.

Hey Guys,

I found this great new service that's COMPLETELY FREE called Dropbox. It gives you 2GB of FREE cirrus cloud storage (nimbus cloud if you're VIP), and the best part is they have an Android app too!

Even better, I'm a registered affiliate with them, and have been given a CUSTOM LINK for you to sign up with! 250MB of extra space for YOU when you use this link!

Haha Funny, but saying so may raise false red flags with those who have the power to do something about it here.

The above is not a virus, everybody. It's the referral link to my DROPBOX APPROVED affiliate account, granting you EXCLUSIVE access to over 2.249GB of FREE cumulus-nimbus cloud storage! The only thing better than that is a re-fried chicken and rocky mountain oyster pizza wrapped in an au jus bun, folks. That's a guarantee!

P.s., why hasn't a moderator deleted this thread yet? It's full of fail

DONATE TO ME
OK, closing this.

We all know what Dropbox is, and all the others.

And in any case, we already have a Dropbox referral thread here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=840940
