Is 3G inherent to all tablets?

In other words if you have a wi-fi only tablet is the hardware still in the tablet for 3g ,but lies dormant, or was it never installed ? Just curious because this could be real fun to tap into!

No WiFi version doesn't have the 3G hardware built in. There's a hack with the custom ROMs to plug a 3G USB receiver though.

I try to look but there is a stiker there . I manage to take apart that , but I found nothing but an empty space ...

if you took more time to search on the forum you will find some picture of the tablet and will discover that all your answer was there.....
