Default After few hours, Phone becomes unbearablly slow. Cause: System using over 280mb

Anyone else notice this? Take a look at the below picture, and tell me that's normal. (Don't sorry, it's not.) Compare it to the picture of what my memory looks like after a fresh reboot. (Red means system used memory that is unclaimable, green means memory that can be used for applications.)

After a few hours:

Fresh Reboot:

I'm not the only one with this problem either.

I've never made it to 280, but I'm still having the same issue. I even switched phones (vzw supplied refurb), but have the same problem with my new one. No one has been able to help me. I'm hoping gingerbread will fix it.

For me it's the "android system" app eating up the memory and obviously can't be killed.

Please stop capitalizing every word in a sentence. It's completely unnecessary and looks ridiculous.

Thanks.
