Question Does this app exist?
Looking for a notification sounds manager so I can change individual sounds per app (Facebook, SMS, Gmail etc etc)?

Free or paid, I just need something.

As far as I know, you can do this in each app. I go into Gmail > Settings and I can set the notification ringtone, same with SMS and Facebook.

Setup a Development Environment
Setup and Use the Android SDK
Stock Odin Restore files

You can find the answer to all of your questions right here. If that doesn't work, then try this or this
