I think Jkay said that he will be working on XWLA4 instead. Whether he will apply his mod to XILA2 is not a certainty. If you wanna have a nice experience with XILA2 together with some of Jkay mods you could have a look at Hyperdroid Androidmeda.
Mind you if you try that rom you might not wanna come back

XILA2 and XWLA4 are cooking in the compiler as I type.

Compiler run should be done in ~30mins, will upload once they are finished.
