• Make sure you update to latest cwm linked above
• Do an integrity check of the CWM flashable CWM via md5, for safety
• Download the ROM from the link below
• Boot to recovery, wipe data(factory reset) and install the update (NOTE: There is no modem flash, none!)
• Enjoy

Recreate the problem while dumping logcat:
via adb:

adb logcat > logcat.txt

via terminal:

su
logcat > /sdcard/logcat.txt

Then answer these questions:
Did you flash anything else?
Did you follow instructions to the T?

Otherwise, frankly, if I don't have the problem and I can't reproduce it, I'm just gonna ignore your bug report.

Most notably, sound routing issues were fixed. (doesn't require hacky approach as ef02).

Otherwise, new android vers(2.3.4). So all features and updates that come along with it.
