Default Locked bootloader?
1)What are the chances of buying a galaxy tab 10.1 with a locked bootloader?
2)Is there any to unlock it?
3)If I get one with a locked boot loader should I return it?
4)How do I check if its locked or not?
5)What does a locked boatloader stop me from doing?

You actually miss nothing with a locked bootloader unless you can enter recovery download mode selector with power and volume down combo!
