Proper Installation Instructions
1. Download Rom ZIP (below)
2. Boot into CWM Recovery (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1056847)
3. Perform A Factory Reset
4. Format System (only when facing a lot of bugs)
5. Wipe cache/dalvik cache (thanks to tq745 for the reminder)
6. Install ZIP from sdcard
7. Navigate to ZIP and Flash

flash from recovery...i suggest full wipe
but wipe cache and dalvik should be enough if ur already running my last build =)

bug: first boot u will only have 3 dock icons (browser changed names)
wifi calling should work, it does for me

u can find latest changelog on miuiandroid.com i willl update my ops later

What has changed/been fixed:

Updated Libs Updated Kernel Updated wifi Drivers to newest cm7 Working WiFi Calling Removed Hime.apk changed mounts (due to complaints) more stable overall

What is still broken:

Phone number might not display correctly in 'About Phone' WiFi issue might still exist (Temp-fix, toggle airplane mode) Themes (create the path /data/system/theme to fix just as before) Gadgets clock is 24hr format

To-Do List:

1. Update frameworks to support Faux123 newer kernels (older ones work well aka: pre nightly85) 2. add mk dir /data/system/theme to updater-script

Known Issues:
Plants v. Zombies locks up (ram issue?)
GPS does not lock (or as fast as people want it to)
No Haptic Feedback w/ keyboards
Data does not work (look below for fix)
Camera sucks (replace with http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...&postcount=117)
The clock widget is 24hrs only
Battery life is not good (varies for some)
Some have had reboots and shut offs
Wifi broken (turn on airplane mode then change back)
Cannot receive or send MMS (for some)
Bluetooth broken (for some, most likely a bad flashing of the rom)
The buttons at times dont light up (check below for fix)
wi-fi calling
For a very few, the alarm did not go off. (for some only the first alarm)

Some Fixes and Info:

Theme
Create a folder: "theme" (without quotes) in data/system/ (use a file manager with root access)

Google Voice Fix
Settings -> Programs (tab on top) -> Call Settings -> Enable Third-party access

APN/Data Issues
Vol-Up + Power button (hold till it hard boots) (May need to be done a few times)
- Refer below to the Simple Mobile fix, other providers may need to manually entered as the Simple Mobile APN for proper functionality.

Simple Mobile Data Fix
Settings -> System (tab on top) -> Mobile Network Settings -> Access Point Names -> (Menu Button -> New APN)

APN Settings for Simple Mobile
Name: SIMPLE Mobile
APN: simple
Username: none
Password: ****
Server: *
MMSC: http://smpl.mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

Settings -> Display settings -> Turn Off Auto Brightness -> Change the brightness to FULL -> CHANGE BACK TO AUTO

No I am not affiliated, but I do not think they'd post a Alpha version on this site. I think they choose to provide XDA with complete versions, but people are so impatient for MIUI so I thought I inform those who have not yet been informed.
