[Q] Can not Wipe NAND with Task29

Hi
Here are my Spezifcation:
HTC HD2 512MB flash
ROM:1.66.407.1 German
Hard SPL: 2.08 HSPL
Radio Rom: 2.15.50.14

My Problem is, i can not wipe my NAND with Task29.
I read the instructions and done all steps till the Phone Restarts, but after the the restart my phone freeez at the HSPL Screen and don`t move.

I See This on my Phone:
PB81100 SS-BC
SPL-2.08.HSPL 8G XE
0x05
CotullaHSPL 0x50

At the PC a have the folling Mesage:
Error [266]: Update Error
the Update Utility canot get response from your PDA Phone. Pleas check that your USB cradle/cable is connected properly between the PC and your PDA Phone. And also check your PDA Phone.

I have tryid this Step a few times, but its allways the same.
I try it with MAGLDR113 and with Easy Android.

Have anyone of you any Idee where the Problem is?

You have to enter Boot-loader mode. To do turn off the phone then press Vol down + Power button. Keep holding until you see the Tri-color screen, it's the boot-loader mode.

Connect your USB cable and you should see on the bottom the serial changed to USB.
Then open the task29 and follow instructions.
Turn on activesync usb connection under settnigs (depending on what you have now). and turn off the anti-virus.

If I solve the problem, please don't forget to thank.

The problem was with my PC... I dont know why but, i used the Laptop of my Girlfried make the MAGLDR113 run and all done.
