[Q] Cannot install apps from Market and CWM Fails while Flashing ROM

I rooted it in March and was running Axura Mod 2.310. I was flashing the latest Axura Rom and the battery died. I Had to Flash it to stock. Now I cant flash a rom from CWM or using the AIO Toolbox. also Market will not let me download apps. can anybody help?
