Can someone help explain where i can get a step by step on how to go back to stock

can i just rsdlite with a sbf or do i have to use the ruu?

Just download latest stock ruu, run this exe on your computer and follow the instructions on screen.
When you get cid error, create goldcard, put this in your desire and then flash again.
