[ROM] CyceronPL-v1.0 based on KPH 2.3.4

What's in ROM:

- Region set to Xeo
- Deodex KPH ROM
- Kernel 3.7 CF-ROOT
- Juwe's RAM script
- Animation CRT (please include all animations)
- PowerMenu
- Old Android Market
- New Sony Sketch font
- Gingerbread Launcher
- GO LUncher EX
- Smoother animations
- CM7 Bootanimation
- Left the bells added in FirstUA 1.1
- Supports DTA2SD - Enter Tweak Manager and select DT: Auto start and reboot. (DTA2SD to work the card must have a partition EXT4).
- CVM Manager
- Ext4 Manager
- Ability to change the font and add new fonts
- Ability to set your own MP3 as ringtones
- Google + (social networking applications)
- The percentage of battery theme

installation:

1st Copy the file and ClockWorkModAce.zip CyceronPLv1.0.zip memory card
2nd Install a plain KPH using Odin'a - (if you have it skip this step)
3rd Enter Recovery (Home + Power) and install ClockWorkModAce.zip - (if you are already ClockworkMod recovery you can skip this step)
4th Take a restart, and then do wipe data / factory reset the recovery
5th Install the recovery CyceronPLv1.0.zip
6th After installation, reset the phone (the first run will take quite a while)
7th Run selected tweaks in the Tweaks
8th Enjoy the new CustomRomem

It's already rooted.

Tweaks Manager and Data2SD won't work if it's not rooted.

it uses cf root so its rooted.

i think it's just a theme and not a kernel mod
