URGENT !!!!!!!

Ok so flashed twice official 2.3 i can see extreeemly lot of laggs between screen transitions like if the fps cap was lowered 16 ! I cant do anything bout it and i am very shocked since other users doesnt have that problem they say having good battery life and no laggs ? And i leaved the rom for 8 hours to settle down but still facing these issues! question 2. How can i root and use xrecovery on the 2.3????

Roll back to 2.1, root it, install xrecovery, download proper files for whatever pre rooted rom u want.
Put the rom file on your sd card for xrecovery and put the ftf file in flashtool/firmwares.
Boot into xrecovery, backup your rom, factory data reset, wipe cache partition, advanced settings, wipe dalvik cache, wipe battery stats,
Install custom zip from sd card
Find the file wherever you put it on your sd card ans choose it.
When its done flashing..DO NOT REBOOT PHONE!!!!
pull the battery out for at least 30 secs
Start up flashtool and get the ftf file ready
When flashtool tells you to plug your phone into flash mode, put the battery back in (do not power the device on)
Hold the back button and plug the usb cable into your phone while holding the back button.
When flashing is done...which is quick
Unplug your phone and turn it on
