I don't think there's a need. I've been following the KH3 thread in general and haven't seen any reason for updating to it.

i also agree. i havent seen anyone reporting any significant gains from the kh3 firmware yet

Hey guys, I've got a bit of a problem right now, whenever I use 3g instead of wifi the calendar goes nuts and constantly keeps my phone awake, the wakelock in betterbatterystats is listed as StartingAlertService Calendar... any of you guys have any idea how to solve it instead of having to manually FC the 3 apps related to Calendar??

KH3 really improved my battery. It really locks my phone on H+. Superb! I use it in Norway. Much better than KG3 and KG6.

Are you using fast dormancy on or off ?..
I flashed KH3 yesterday, but have not had the time to really check the drainage differences.

Uhmm.. strange. Well you could try freezing the Calendar with TB.

The problem is that I actually use the calendar... I don't wanna lose it, but I don't want it waking up my phone like crazy either...

It's on. And it's perfect. My batterydrain is at least 30% reduced.

Ok, thanks for the info. I'll see how my handset performs.
I have the almost the same problem as the guy a few posts up regarding the calendar eating away my battery.. So I sure hope the KH3 helps.

As for the calendar issue; I'm using Enhanced Email on 4 exchange accounts and I see when ever a calendar update is pushed the sync pipe will get stuck and keeping the phone awake. What I do when i notice is go into the account settings and "cancel sync" and the wakelock disappears. (I should probably have quoted rmourar on this )
