Well, I wiped cache and dalvik. flash .zip from link in post. And now x2 is frozen at installing update in recovery.
Worried!
Don't be worried too much brotha
Worst Come to worst, you would just need to flash sbf file using rsdlite.
Which is something every x2 user should know how to do or at least do a couple times.
It's super easy, and it saves your phone from pretty much everything. Unless you try to mess with bootloader partitions and signatures of course.

Tho, i will say, that FULLY discharging until dead is NOT something that should be done with any Android devices battery, they use Li-on batteries, which are designed to have a longer life span when they are NOT FULLY drained, no matter what these "battery calibration" apps/methods tell you.
A bump charge will definitely work, and will give you a completely full (sometimes over charged, which can also reduce life span of battery If done to many times) battery and you will see some difference in use time after doing a bump charge.
Completely draining the battery once in a while isn't too bad, but do not do it often, it's not good for the battery life span, unless you don't mind buying a brand new battery every four to six months depending on how many times you do that.
Sorry for the ramble, got some beers in me today, throwing horseshoes right now and it's my turn to take score lol

I was worried also about draining as I fly electric RC Heli and not supposed to go below 20% with lipo but I think lion can take it a little better as long a you don't do it all the time like you mentioned.
Seems a bit laggier then previous versions, though it could be some thing completely unrelated. Running speedy script and it often slows down when opening app drawer, weather, etc. Otherwise I'm loving it.

Doing this is not to condition the battery, its to reset the parameters that the charging software uses to gauge the condition of the battery and those parameters allow the software to know the percentage charge of the battery for many purposes.

If you read the OP, you'll see that Peppermint states NOT to flash. Instead, you need to copy the two files manually.
Here is what he says to do:
The uploaded zip is not signed correctly from recent reports, so for now this is what you will need to do to get this working until I get the flashable zip working again. Sorry for the inconvience, thank sopa/pipa/FBI/whoever that shut down MultiUpload.
For now:
1. Push files to proper location.
2. Set permissions correctly to rw-r-r for the libbattd.so file:
[x] [x] [ ]
[x] [ ] [ ]
[x] [ ] [ ]
3. Set permissions correctly to rwxr-xr-x for the battd file:
[x] [x] [x]
[x] [ ] [x]
[x] [ ] [x]
4. Reboot to recovery, wipe cache and dalvik-cache.
4. Reboot the device.
