Girlfriends cha cha won't answer calls

The accept call button does not work neither does anyother button to answer calls. I tried looking in settings etc but can't find an answer. Can anyone help please

you should probably try to return it as it might be a faulty phone..

I also could not find any setting connecting with the answer button but mine works as supposed to.

Weird. She answers all my calls.
