Did you flash the new kernel?

Yea i was a tester, i flashed the posted one and its all there now. Maybe strapped just sent me the wrong file lol

Nah you got the first round that only went to 1.3 with added govs. Then i got the others added

Sounds like a plan. Maybe you can add some I/O schedulers as well (e.g. V(R))

The Kernel already has Noop, CFQ, and Deadline. Although I do like the thought of maybe SIO Scheduler.
