Been rocking the same splash screen from the beginning of this Shift forum. It's the "shift" key with blue coloring...

Are you talking about the Splash Screen, or the Boot Animation?

Yes, download the rom (which you probably did, lol) or make a backup (stock one if you don't want someone having your setup), plug phone into a computer, find where backup or download is, copy the zip onto computer, open the zip, extract the splash image, done. Hope that helps!

Been running the a2sd version of this ROM for a week. Just yesterday I started getting the "insufficient memory" error in Google play. Can't install nor update anything.

I have gobs of available memory and can install from amazon app store and titanium. Only having a problem with Google play. Any suggestions???
