Will it be ok if I flashed the firmware zip file (via bootloader of course) or will it brick my phone?
I can guarantee you for nothing, but I don't think that you brick your phone. At most you will have reboots, Call Drops or something. But the Recovery, the bootloader aren't touched by the installation so... make a Nandroid Backup before...

But i cant guarantee for something! You have a different CID than me!

I've heard of enough people who flashed it without s-off, but i'm not sure what was their cid. In other words, before you flashed it, did you change your cid to supercid?

I'm a little afraid of that, a friend of mine did the same thing with his sensation and totally bricked it

Okay... that sounds hard. Yea, it can be sure, because you have a different CID.

I flashed the rom via 4ext and boot.img via fastboot without updating firmware...
i seems to work but i just went to recovery to wipe cache and dalvik and at boot rom is "optimizing" apps like it did on first boot... each boot wil be "the first" ???

So, maybe there's a list with all compatible CID's for that firmware?

if you arent s-off the bootloader will refuse to flash any pg86img containing the radio.img, it will scan it and then stop there, it wont get to the confirmation and flashing phase.
