Pull the microsd card, mount it on your pc and delete/rename the file. Put the card back and reboot.

You need to pull card away start hboot, enter recovery and then insert card again. Reboot recovery and voila you can flash ROM and then remove PG86IMG. Or you can also remove it at PC

But at what point should I pull the card out? That's what's confusing me.
