Use the complete Firmware Package and flash it in Bootloader...

If I flash the PG86IMG.zip HBOOT will change (I am S-OFF with revolutionary) ? Also in case I want to downgrade radio again ?

yes, you will be able to downgrade radio.
no, hboot does not change
==>no, you won't loose s-off

just rename it to PG86IMG.zip.

Cause Gingerbread PG86IMGs only have radio.img. ICSs ones have many more files! scaryyy

i've problems with the graphics. Popups will sometimes show unreadable text and apps build with the Corona SDK have sound problems

Like I said, mobile ping is 2x higher in ICS, official will drop anytime...
