Here is an 1% Accurate Battery Indicator – Reports 1%

Works with the 2.3.3 upgrade

I have been ruuning this app for about 24 hours and it is working GREAT!

Battery Circle' displays the current battery capacity in your status bar.
- Supports both black and white statusbars (outlined font)
- For HDPI and lowres devices
- 1% step support for Defy (and other Motorola phones!)
- Does not drain battery (receives battery broadcasts)
- Opensource (GPLv2)
- Does *not* replace existing battery icon

Give this a try and please report back. I will also continue to test to see if the burns the battery.
