Well not all galaxy s behave the same. You might not have that issues but i have them
Overall though i found JVQ slightly better than Froyo and hope a future upgrade will make the memory management better and menu scrolling smoother

Did i say they have much difference in speed? All i said 2 phones can differ slightly as in one phone might face some bugs while the other might face different bugs. The overall experience would be very similar but can you tell me that all galaxy s have the exact same behavior under gingerbread and all galaxy s face exactly the same bugs?

The only way this could happen would be if both phones have different hardware (meaning they are not the same phone, essentially); or, they have different software.

The same hardware with the same software will always experience the same bugs. Otherwise no software would ever work on any hardware because its behaviour would be unpredictable.

In theory yes. In practice there are other variables such as the operator and data. So although they all have the same potential bugs. Not everyone will experience them all.
