Good and evo said it was just radios that can't be flashed.

As I said, I could very well be wrong about that. I know on the 3d, flashing kernels while being unlocked through htc dev was a hassle and required a series of work arounds.

I can verify what stupidjerkfacehead...whatever said. I'm HTCdev unlocked and I'm running uw v4.
