Question MyLibray Problem

When I add pdf files to a folder on the internal card they seem to automatically get added to MyLibray but I do not want them to as I prefer to use Aldiko for reading them so I then add them to Aldiko and delete them from MyLibray but they also delete from Aldiko as well, can I prevent this? Often 2 copies of each pdf file appear in MyLibray as well.

It is the same copy. Why is it a problem?

In MyLibray there are 2 copies of every pdf file which is annoying, if I then delete each copy I then lose them from the Aldiko reader, they are also taking up twice the space on the internal card as they are in the folder I originally transferred them to and them they somehow get duplicated into the eBooks folder.

I should also add that I don't want to use MyLibray at all but it cannot be uninstalled but whatever folder I put the pdf's into it will always automatically copy to MyLibray.

Someone will eventually say it, so I might as well. If you want to remove stock apps like MyLibrary, root your device and zap away! :/ I don't like MyLibrary either, it tends to freeze up or lag on me.
