depends what your running. i once got a "thank you for purchasing your nexus one" email from google because at the time, only the nexus one ran 2.0.1.

I'm running gtg's lastest b3.

Received one about a month ago. Not sure what triggered it.

I got that when I put my Sprint Hero on CM6. It's an odd thing with google's servers

google's servers being weird and there being only like 1 or 2 gingerbread phones on at&t right now.
