Default USB PLASMA ball meets tf101, ball wins

I have a silly geek toy from think geek that is a usb powered pretty Tesla generator. It's been setting on my desk for a year until today. Turned on my tf101 and was unable to use the touch screen today.

Since the 101 has been solid for the few weeks I've had it, I started staring around and realized I'd moved the geek toy closer after cleaning up.

I turned the toy off and the 101 came back to life. Just thought someone might run into that ( not that you're a geek ).

Sent from my Transformer TF101 using XDA App

;) -- Yeah, I'm amazed I never noticed anything before, since it's on a desk full of phones, pads, computers. I think it was such a low-current (USB) device that most things were well enough shielded until the Transformer showed up.

This would be a pretty cool youtube video, I'd (as others) would like to see the tesla electric fields mess with the screens on touch devices

DONATE TO ME
That's pretty funny that it affects it in that way. I'm still baffled on who a capacitive touch screen and work in my pocket, my incredible does all sorts of crazy things if I forget to lock the screen. I've even answered my own pocket dial!
