I just tried this rom (1.4). It seems to work fine with Wind Mobile, however there is way too much Chinese in this ROM. The keyboard is quite strange. The complete lack of gmail and the market is bizarre IMO.
IMO the Wanhu ROM is way better than this one.
I tried v1.2 in the past, the keyboard is a version targeted for pinyin(Chinese input).
It should have another version that is a very clean version that even Chinese input is removed as well.
For the platform, although u can see am option "english", many words in menu is in simplified Chinese still.
The rom was smooth, but I don't know why I can't use a2sd in that room by using boot2.img. for goggle service, they provided "plug-in" in the forum.

Reason: ODEX brings problems, such as, changing services.jar will lead to absence of radio signal. So, from now on, cancel odex format. All download links have been changed.

Original description of the version 1.5 ROM Bravo2.2 Forum V1.5 Brief:
Add use 2g only setting, longer batt life in standy mode. Change some important apps into .apk and .odex file, speed up the loading of apps. Reorganize the settings of call_settings, less steps to set your phone.
Here is the brief: (Android2.2 ROM for milestone XT720 )
Media button and leds works fine, upto 800W pixels capture and 720p videorecord.Haptic feedback is working good; Supported language english, korean, simplified chinese, traditional chinese.
Compare with chinese verson: moto latin input methond build in instead of baidu input; Lock and Power app support english language; No paid apps build in; gmail, gtalk, google market, quickoffice-suit build in.
Compare with other froyo rom base on korean motoroi: Smooth fm radio volumn. Remove the alarm dialog of network time not being set on power up,but time sync works fine. Remove "T Roaming" setting menu. Fix korean number formater, removed the devide character "-" between phone numbers. Add call forwarding, call waiting and auto retry to call settings. Add apns menu in wireless and networks settings. But, if net and wap access point both exist, the system will use net access no matter which one was set. So, if you want to use wap access point, remove the net access point first. Import sim card contacts by using contacts app.
Seems like this one is picking up where WanHu left off, may be time to try merging some of this one into XDA special since it seems further along than what XDA special started with WanHu ROM. (Even borrowing Settings.apk from this one if it'll work directly).
Likely most of the changes/fixes for XDA Special that were done to WanHu can be easily applied to this one as it seems to have originally been the same ROM.
I just switched to CM6 this week so I am gonna give it another week or so before I try this one again but it sounds like they are making good progress here.

Yeah sounds like it bud, Thank you guys for bringing it to us. I see the Global version, that sounds like what WanHU needs huh? I wish I knew how to do something with it I would sure give it a shot. Does anyone know if bluetooth works? As it doesn't work with the special, can't make voice activated calls.
I'm out of my thanks buttons but will surely mark down IOU's lol

I using version 1.5 now currently. Bluetooth file transfer and bluetoth handsfree (or headset) work.
We need someone who knows what they are doing to have a look and see, I wish the settings part was as easy as transferring the settings.apk but it can't be lol. Basically the only fixes XDA Special needs is settings, bluetooth and some camcorder adjustments I think. At least for me that would be enough. I'm still getting an error saying plmn registration fail for network so there's still something wrong with network and mms

LM I think it is a potential final rom for xt720 2.2.... If FM volume works perfectly and no issues about dialer (#format), camera/camcorder, sms and mms, apn...etc.. then you are correct that we need someone to look about it. We have a problem now with special rc2 since HM is no longer with xt720 development.... However CM6 is also potential rom as long as Mz is with us.
