It's a known issue with the LG Camera on Gingerbread. If you want a fully working LG Camera, you'll have to use a Froyo ROM.

Thank you very much for this information, but I just want to use version 2.3.3 or later Froyo not want to return. So I have to accept this? How do you fix this problem? Again thank you very much!

* I see in your signature:
MIUI 1.9.23 (20% cooler than your phone)
[KERNEL] Faux123 Voodoo's sound with latest Kernel

I would link you to the MIUI ROM you're using it?

Yes, there is no current way to get the LG camera 100% perfect on 2.3 ROMs. As for MIUI. search 'whitehawkx miui g2x rootzwiki'' in Google, click on the first link. I would link it, but we're not supposed to.

It's cause you're using LG Cam, you need to use the stock one for skype to work.
SG3 -> Nexus S -> LG G2X -> Galaxy Nexus - Stock Rooted
Viewsonic GTablet - Rooted - Flashback 10.0 HC ROM
CUSTOM SG3 Minimal Matte Theme

To place a widget press and hold screen till u see the menu, choose widget, then choose which widget u want and voila. U can also press menu button / the right soft key / and choose add. To use a theme, u need to flash it through cwm. U can find themes in themes and applications.sectionsection
