Whoa really? Is this Owain's that I've seen referenced? I was excited by the new baseband, thinking it was a precursor to ICS (foolish me to ever believe LG would be so kind), and have been running stock rooted ever since, regretting the update.

Thank you so much! I love the ICS ROMs out there (particularly EB's AOSP), but this was still the smoothest, fastest, most stable ROM I've ever flashed. I'm happy to go back to it.

I flashed the zip and when I tried to make a call there was no ring or anything from the receiver, flashing my backup back and hope I didn't do anything serious to the phone.

Phone : LG G2X P999
ROM : CM7 Nightly Dated 02-01-13
Kernel: Trinity's ELPmax
Recovery : ClockworkMod

No I'm still on Jul 15 2011 baseband.

So I'm assuming I need to unroot and update OTA and then root back load then room and then load the baseband update?

Also backup was good can hear in the receiver again.
