It's working away again now. Maybe was a network problem or something causing it to FC. Just the xrecovery issue i have now. Noticed a big speed and responsiveness improvement since the new update - nice work guys

I installed update for stock kernal via xrecovery.

Do I also need to update for stock bootmanager kernal?

Nope, you just need to install the one package depending on your previous kernel.
If you got the new kernel, see About Phone in Settings, you are good to go!

I had the same problem. It seems that the file downloaded with appman can't be downloaded correctly. Downloading the file of the thread works flawlessly. Maybe the file for appman is corrupted. Size is 0 and opening the zip is impossible.

Downloaded update thru AppMan and installed in Xrecovery, noticed that the pattern unlock is still the same :-/ thought it would be fixed in the update but otherwise I'm still loving the ROM and using the password unlock until it gets fixed

It will be fixed in the next update, which is going to be all about the ROM!
V3 is just the new kernel!
I am working really hard on all theming glitches, to make this ROM look as close to perfect as possible, so please bear with me!

Any plans to revise the orange thing i mentioned last night?

Sorry, I got the locked kernel version as I haven't got around to unlocking my boot loader. Ill try redownloading it through appman again. Fantastic rom though. Looks and feels great.

tried again and its still not working, will wait till I'm at my PC and download the link on the thread.

2nd edit.

Download link works, just installed through xrec perfectly fine. Must be a bad download in appman.
