[Q] Legend (original rom) does not boot after battery out while booting

Situation: Battery was taken out while the Phone was booting
Now it gets stuck while showing the green HTC logo. Only removing the battery can turn it off again.

What I tried:
-Hardreset (bootloader works but still stuck at HTC screen when rebooting)
-Using a RUU to update to another version (either no connection found or ID problem)

What I would like to do is to just get ANY version of android running on the phone and then update to the vodafone_ger newest release.

From what I read I will need a goldcard, but I cannot create one without getting the CID.
I got the adb to work in the sdk using fastboot but fastboot does not support shell so "adb shell cat /sys/class/mmc_host/mmc0/mmc0:*/cid" is impossible.

Anyone has an idea how I can get the phone to work again? (warranty expired)
