[Q] rooted..now what?

Hi all;
I know sounds silly..BUT..
I have just rooted my phone, now what?

I'd like to maximize the internal memory removing stock apps like "stocks" and "peep" and moving to SD everything I can.

Any suggestion on how to do it? I saw an app called app2sd, but gingerbread already can move stuff to SD, or is the app more effective?

Other cool customization you would suggest I shouldn't miss?

(I am also looking for a good turn by turn navigation working without data connection..any suggestion?)

At the end i think that the real question is: what did you installed in your rooted wildfire S and how does it look like?

Remove access to expensive network system services like SMS or 3G for certain bull**** apps
and install a good AD-blocker if there's one.
