Does phone even have root yet? Processor speed is controlled through the kernel, not the actual ROM.

Darn I really want a Custom ROM for the Sonic as well. Does anyone have an ETA for a Custom ROM?

I would prefer a custom kernel....that way we can backup/build our own rom and flash it.

Hi there i have the Huawei U8650 I rooted it but i don't know how to install the recovery clockmod on it...i folowed a guide but that sucks...do someone has my same problem? And do someone has a solution? ^_^

I have cooked a rom Gingerbread 2.3.5 with OverClock 729Mhz.
The rom is SonicDroid 0.3, and can be found on myppc.it.
I can't post link now.
