Smile Is this a genuine site?

www . fastgsm . com/en/motorola/motorola/xt860-4g/unlock-subsidy (remove the spaces...sorry new here but lurking for sometime.)

I don't know haven't seen any unlocked sets being sold or released anywhere...I've been waiting impatiently for XT860...

I'm from Pakistan..

anyhow aside from this I'd love it if people share what else I have to worry about this cell..I've been hearing a lot of things about it like it rebooting randomly, the blue tinted camera snaps..and in particular one case I read on an other forum over heating..which seriously freaks me out cause whatever I buy if faulty is gonna be real hard for me..

While I cannot comment on that specific site, but yes, Droid 3 can be sim unlocked.

There are a few reputable sellers on ebay selling unlock codes for about $24-ish.

You can get it unlocked at mobileincanada for less ($20). You still need to secure a device from somewhere though, which turns to be a tough thing if you want it now, especially if you are not in Canada...

He is talking about the XT860 (Canada/Bell), and not the XT862 (Droid 3) (USA/Verizon).

Link? I don't see any for the XT860 on eBay.

I wonder whether they can really unlock it. The site said they can unlock the XT860, even before the XT860 was released. They probably assume that because the Droid 3 is unlockable, the XT860 also is.

I was able to unlock my Milestone 1 on release day with them. I am willing to believe them they do. (Plus you can buy unlock code from Bell but for $75 if I remember right).

There is a word Bongo in Markham (if you are in GTA) will carry them soon and they usually sell phones unlocked. Actually they have an online store and even ship internationally.
