Samsung Kies for Mac and Wifi

Tried to search via Tapatalk as I thought I saw this topic but you get everything on XDA.

I have the beta installed on my Mac but when I try to seek out Kies on my network, it does not find anything.

Does Kies beta support wifi?

nope. Kies beta was before kies wifi. we'll just have to wait...a long f'n time.

try installing the Kies for Mac from samsung canada:

Make sure you have the drivers installed, and your home network is not set as public. Then turn on " kies via wifi " in wifi settings. It took me a few tries for kies to find my sgt10.1, but after that syncing etc was all fine.

I haven't read all the other threads, but there are more on kies in the "general" section. Hope this helps!
