[Q] How to unlock LG P970

Hi, I got some problems with my Black. About 2 months ago my parents bought me Desire HD, so i put my p970 on my desk and i dont used it. Now I dont remember my password 'patternlock' and i cant use this phone.
Is any possible way to unlock my phone ? wipe or something like that ? I dont know what to do ?

but i dont know what does it mean fastboot -w and how to make it ?

I don't care about data on this phone. Yes, but it's "GERMAN 1&1 Branded Version!" and i want to install V10E, do you think it should work for this one ?

You don't need to use 1&1. Use any of THESE.
