and you may need to create a patch for multiboot...
but i'm not sure since it's a tweaked stock rom and stock doesn't need some ^^
see the multiboot thread for it :)

edit : I saw you messed it up ...
maybe people can use it as the main ROM, then install CWM and multiboot some custom rom ... can't they ?

Why not just wait until port of CM7.1 is complete & MiniCM is bug-free & simply use stock rom only? stock rom is freaking awesome & fast & stable

Have you tested these to be safe?
now mini side, you removed these apps but i still have them. here are they, with some info:

DMClient.apk --- Software Updater
Maps.apk --- Google Maps
MarketUpdater.apk --- android market updater
ReadyToRun.apk --- OMA Sync extension, Shows sms on first time run with new SIM card
SemcCheckin.apk --- ?
SemcMusic.apk --- default music player
SEMCSetupWizard.apk --- SE Configuration wizard
Street.apk --- Google Maps Street view
Sync.apk --- OMA account services, Sync with SE
SyncWizard.apk --- Sony Ericsson Sync Account
Talk.apk --- Google Talk
TtsService.apk --- Android Text To Speech Service
usersupport.apk --- Support
VoiceSearch.apk --- Voice Search
YouTube.apk --- YouTube

14mb in total!! if you have additional info about them, i'd like to hear it.

e.g. youtube. i think we can't install it afterwards, right?

maps. it's huge and it needs updating immediately. i'd be great if we can get rid of its old version. but i don't know if we can install it later. i want it to work completely as a google map user.

or updaters, do their main programs work after removing them?

in short, after removing an apk above, what happens; if you know of course

DONATE TO ME
Every apk you remove from system/app starts working again when you put it back no problem. Some apk's rely on a service provider app, that's the only tricky part.
It's funny you mention the YouTube app, because in my thread somebody wanted it back. I just installed the removed apk from sdcard (it gets placed in data/app) and it worked perfectly again.
If you can delete it on Mini Pro, you can delete it on the Mini. Had no complaints of people missing stuff yet, most people only use the basic functions of the phone anyway.
Did I research every apk I removed? Definately not but there's dozens of threads on what's safe to remove and I just used those as a guide, judging by how I used the phone myself.

pay attention to these:

Don't remove the following:
* Google talk stuffs, market will fc or something when I try to install anything.
* Omadatasyncservice (15-feb new mail counter in gmail gets screwy always increase).
* Setupwizard (21-feb, u need this for adding new gmail account)
