Awesome rom. Super smooth, nothing wrong that I can see, loving un-paged app drawer. Great job! Is there any way to remove the dividers that were suppose to divide that app drawer into pages?

I can't get this rom to work for the life of me. I've wiped data/cache/dalvik, did a factory reset, and it would boot up and then i would get the white HTC splash screen every time it booted up (usually after saying "sim card detected. switching to global mode"). So then I remembered I had the Tiamat kernel installed and figured that might be causing the problem so I flashed the stock rooted kernel and its still doing it... I even downloaded the rom again to make sure it wasnt a bad download and the problem persists. I have taken the sim card out and now it just freezes on the white HTC splash screen. Any ideas?

Have you tried flashing again, after the SIM card was pulled? Leave SIM Card out, wipe EVERYTHING 3x, flash ROM, reboot into phone and it should definitely work! (size is 291,876KB)

Just tried it with no luck. Wiped 3x and installed rom without the sim card and then wiped 3x and installed the rom with the sim card and still getting the same results...

Shouldn't matter. The linux kernel's memory management is what's at work. The phone will say it'll have say 100MBs of RAM left out of 600MBs. but that's because what the linux kernel does is caches RAM so that it can access and allocate processes and data faster.

Yeah and fwiw sense roms are always gonna eat about the same amount of memory up...the mire debloated a ROM is the less it will use on boot and the inc2 has more than enough regardless

Am I supposed to being in global mode or CDMA mode? After flashing the ROM, it said that it would switch to global mode because a sim card was detected (the fake sim froom verizon)... I'm not sure if there is any difference to the two modes.
