Wi-fi on infused

So I'm on infused 2.0.4 and its running awesome with the gb infused kernel, the one thing that drives me nuts is the wifi scanning every 3 seconds for a source, and I believe its even running in sleep, any one know a fix for this? Either to turn it WAY down or off? Having same issue...


Also the whole sns restarting all the time, fix, freeze?

Where do you see wofi scanning every 3 seconds. there are two scans....

While you have wifi settings open...the scan looks for access points...it only does this while you have settings open

Wifi suplicant scan scans every 2 minutes...just as it is set to. it os on every android phone from what I have read....and it isnt draining the battery. The only way you will see it is scanning is to use a log app..i use cat log. type wifi in the search box and watch
